Can I buy a vehicle(s) as a private buyer? |
|
Yes, you can. We welcome both professional and private buyers. However, as we may not be familiar with the laws and regulations in your country, we are unable to offer advice on importing to your country or to take any responsibility for legal problems incurred as a result of privately importing vehicles.
Depending on the country, it may not be possible to import some vehicle models. We suggest that you check the registration laws in your country before placing the order.

Can I buy vehicles which are not listed on your stock list? |
|
Yes, you can. Please send us the details of vehicle(s) you are looking for and your shipping information through the inquiry / order form on the INQUIRY page or e-mail / fax.

| 3. | Do you give any warranty for the vehicles? |
|
No, we don't, but instead we disclose details such as any interior/exterior damage and the mileage (the distance the vehicle has been driven) for each vehicle. We have a vehicle grading system (known as the Inspection Grade) according to which all vehicles are evaluated by our inspectors after general maintenance has been carried out. This provides the buyer with all the information necessary on the vehicle(s) for purchase. [Back

| 4. | How do I know I can trust you? |
|
We are officially licensed as a dealer in secondhand goods such as used vehicles, machinery and electrical products by the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission. If you would like to see references, the organization would be happy to provide them on request.
By way of identification, we can also send you copies of our dealer license and the representative’s passport if necessary.

What is FOB (Free on Board)? |

How can payments be made? |

We currently accept payment via bank wire transfer (T/T) only, and are not able to accept payment by credit card or other methods. Please therefore be prepared to remit all payments by wire transfer to our bank account.

Payment should be made in Japanese yen, but on request we may consider payment in US dollars subject to an extra charge for exchange rate fluctuations.
Pre-payment must be made in full by T/T and reach our bank account within five(5) calendar days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received as outlined above, the order will be automatically cancelled. To avoid this, we suggest that you fax us proof of the T/T upon completion of the remittance procedures.
(Payment for purchase from auction)
Payment should be made in Japanese yen, but on request we may consider payment in US dollars subject to an extra charge for exchange rate fluctuations.
20% of your bid price or 100,000 Japanese yen per vehicle, whichever is greater, must be paid as a deposit by T/T and reach our bank account at least 24 hours before the start time of auction house bidding.
The balance after the deduction of your deposit (as shown on the invoice sent to you on confirmation of your successful bid) must be paid in full by T/T and reach our bank account within five(5) calendar days of the invoice date.
