The tables below show the basic charges for the services of exporting vehicles bought both from our stock and at auction. You can find out roughly what the charges will be when buying a vehicle from us by referring the tables and trade terms outlined below.
For ocean freight, please click on Ocean Freight to get a rough idea of the freight costs from Japan to the country of export using our freight calculation system based on the Pure Car Carrier rate. Please note that this is for reference purposes only. The exact freight costs will be specified on our proforma invoice / invoice.
(Trade Terms)
1. FOB(Free On Board) - Delivery of the vehicle on board the vessel at the named port of origin (loading in Japan)
2. CRF / C&F (Cost and Freight) - Delivery of the vehicle to the named port of destination (discharge)
3. CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) - Delivery of the vehicle with insurance to the named port of destination (discharge)

| The term Car Price refers to the successful bid price of a vehicle at auction, and does not include Japanese consumption tax (5% of the sales price of goods) or the car recycling fee levied on purchase that is refundable after export. The prices offered below may not seem particularly cheap, but we are confident that our prices are very competitive. Please see Table C, Price Comparison with Another Company, for reference. |

The following are our terms of payment:
(Payment for purchase from our stock)
• Payment should be made in Japanese yen, but on request we may consider payment in US dollars subject to an extra charge for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Pre-payment must be made in full by T/T and reach our bank account within five(5) calendar days of the invoice date.
• If payment is not received as outlined above, the order will be automatically cancelled. To avoid this, we suggest that you fax us proof of the T/T upon completion of the remittance procedures.
( Payment for Auction Purchases)
• Payment should be made in Japanese yen, but on request we may consider payment in US dollars subject to an extra charge for exchange rate fluctuations.
• 20% of your bid price or 100,000 Japanese yen per vehicle, whichever is greater, must be paid as a deposit by T/T and reach our bank account at least 24 hours before the start time of auction house bidding.
• The balance after the deduction of your deposit (as shown on the invoice sent to you on confirmation of your successful bid) must be paid in full by T/T and reach our bank account within five(5) calendar days of the invoice date.
• If payment is not received as outlined above, the sales contract will be deemed null and void, and your deposit will be non-refundable. To avoid this, we suggest that you fax us proof of the T/T upon completion of the remittance procedures.
